What We Collect
Your name, email address and profile picture from the account you sign in with (Google or Apple); the canvases, notes, files, prompts and AI responses you create; your plan and billing email if you subscribe; and basic technical details such as IP address and browser.
We use this to run Lemonpad: save your work, send prompts to the AI model you pick, process payments and contact you about your account. We never sell your data, and what you create belongs to you.
Sign in with Google
Lemonpad requests only the openid, email and profile scopes, so it receives your name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to create your account, sign you in and show who is signed in. Lemonpad does not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or contacts, does not send Google data to AI providers, and does not use it for advertising or to train AI models.
Lemonpad’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove Lemonpad’s access from your Google Account permissions page.
Who We Share It With
Only the providers that run Lemonpad for us: Clerk (sign-in), Neon (database), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), our hosting providers, Polar (payments) and Microsoft Clarity (analytics). When you run a prompt, the content you selected is sent through OpenRouter to the provider of the model you choose, under that provider’s privacy policy.
Storage and Deletion
Data is sent over HTTPS and kept in encrypted storage while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account information, canvases and files, except records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies to keep you signed in. Microsoft Clarity records clicks, scrolling and page content to show us how Lemonpad is used; it sets cookies only if you allow analytics in the cookie banner, and you can change that from Cookie settings in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies.

To access, correct, export or delete your data, or ask a privacy question, email support@uselemonpad.com from the address on your account. If we change this policy significantly, we’ll post the new version here and update the date above.
