By using Lemonpad, with or without an account, you agree to these terms. Use it only for lawful purposes: don't create or share illegal or infringing content, and don't try to break into or disrupt the service. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Your Content
What you create in Lemonpad stays yours. The Lemonpad product, including its design, code, name and branding, belongs to us.
Liability
Lemonpad is provided as is, without guarantees. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending Your Use and Changes
You can close your account at any time, and we may close accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms and will post changes here; continuing to use Lemonpad means you accept them.
